We process data you provide to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, identify and contact you, provide contracted legal services and meet applicable obligations. Outside the calculator benefit, the newsletter is optional and requires separate acceptance and email confirmation.
Hosting, form processing, private storage and newsletter providers act on our instructions and may be located outside Mexico. They are not authorised to use your information for their own purposes. Other transfers require consent unless a legal exception applies.
You can exercise access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights or revoke consent by contacting the email above with your name, reply channel, evidence of identity and the request. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines.
We retain enquiry data for the necessary purposes and applicable legal periods. Newsletter data is retained while subscribed; a minimal suppression record may remain after withdrawal. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Updates are published here.

Incorporation calculator and newsletter
The calculator is a benefit linked to the DQ legal newsletter subscription. To access the result, we collect your name, email, planned activity, number and type of owners, their residence or domicile, and services of interest. We do not ask for owners’ names or identity documents in this journey.
You must expressly accept the newsletter and confirm your email using a link valid for 48 hours. We retain the notice version and acceptance and confirmation dates. The result is an indicative initial payment, not the total cost or an engagement. If you request a formal proposal, we record your request and prepare a draft for the firm’s review.
Ordinary enquiries remain available without a subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting the handling of your matter. Once confirmed, your result remains accessible while the link is valid, even if you later unsubscribe.
Requests are stored privately to respond to them and register them in FOLIO. Registration may remain pending while the local computer is offline. The calculator does not record sessions or send your answers to analytics.
